GROCERY SHOPPING 🛍
Shop the outside areas in your grocery store. Here you will have fresh fruits, veggies, fresh meats and fish. This strategy will keep you away from tempting processed foods. Remember: if you have to open a wrapper, many things have touched the food before you, including preservatives.

“Bugs In Your Head!”
Self Doubt is not only bad for our minds but for our bodies as well, but we all do it. We live in a world of perfection. No, not really but, TV, magazines covers, and social media can all make us almost scream that we can’t have “all that” or be “all that”.
Well, let’s be real. Those things aren’t real. It is real makeup, or real filters etc. But let’s think about what is real, and that it’s YOU who deserves to hear that you are good and you are worth it. Believe me, I do this too.
For me there are days when I wonder, “Why are you wanting to help people or train people? You’re not good enough at what you love.” Or, “no one wants to hear your coaching and the why”, or, “you’re getting too old for anyone to want to hear your advice on training.”
And the absolute worst…..
“Am I a good mom?”
Then I ask myself, “What if my children said these things to me about themselves?” I hear my voice encouraging them, and explaining to always believe in yourself. That life is a much better experience when we love ourselves just for who we are, which is wonderful. We are ENOUGH, exactly like we are. Everyone has a gift and something to offer others.

F.I.T. TECH TIP
PIN THE SPEAKER IN ZOOM
By default, Zoom switches from one speaker to another depending on who is speaking. To keep your video from flipping around when people are talking, you can "pin" the class video. You also have the choice of viewing the "gallery" of participants, which can be really motivating, or viewing just the speaker.
One advantage of seeing the entire gallery is being able to double check your form, sort of like looking in the mirror! Check out this article on Zoom, and get your settings just the way you like them.

I'm excited to share that I've recently added stretching and strengthening videos to the F.I.T. Video Library!
If you've joined our Unlimited Monthly class package, you now have exclusive access to these new videos, in addition to the nine most recent F.I.T. workouts!
On your desktop, go to the "ONLINE TRAINING" tab, and click on "F.I.T. VIDEO LIBRARY". On your mobile device, it's under the "TRAINING" tab. You'll be asked to log into your account if you haven't done so already. Each video is dated so you'll know exactly which workout you're taking.
