Try to recognize “WHY” you are adopting an exercise routine.
Is it so you can lose weight?
Keep up with your kids?
Meet new people?
Whatever the reason, write it down on a Post-it Note and put it on your bathroom mirror, refrigerator or your screen saver on your phone. This will always be your reminder of the “WHY” for those days we feel like skipping our exercise routine.

F.I.T. TECH TIP
Enjoy your workout on the big screen! If you happen to workout in a room with a TV, you can see our classes much better by sharing them to the TV’s display.
Here’s a great article explaining how to do it. From the article:
“There are lots of options for getting Zoom on your TV, but they basically fall into two areas - wired or wireless. The advantage of wired is that it's a more stable connection (less to go wrong), the advantage of wireless is that you can keep the camera close to you.”

** Sliders are round discs that allow your feet to slide for floor exercises. You may substitute potholders for hardwood floors or paper plates for carpet.

F.I.T. RECIPES OF THE MONTH
The recipes I include are quick, healthy and delicious to me. I’m always busy and in a hurry, so cooking fresh is a challenge. I hope sharing these recipes saves you time and that you enjoy. Clean fresh eating is key!

The ingredients for Easy Oven-Baked Parmesan Grouper Fillets are simple: grouper fillets, sour cream, grated parmesan cheese, fresh lemon juice and lemon zest, onion powder, hot sauce, paprika, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. For the optional garnish, you will need some lemon wedges and fresh chopped Italian parsley.

Sliders are a fan fav in my classes and a wonderful way to work out core while accomplishing metabolic increase and abdominal, shoulder and leg strength! Check out the recommended link. You may also substitute paper plates for sliders for soft flooring, or potholders for hardwood flooring. With either choice you will definitely feel it and create success!
