Fonda has coached women through injuries, post-pregnancy recovery, post-menopause changes, years-long gaps in exercise, and everything in between.

 

Every single class includes modifications. No one is watching. No one is judging. There's just a small group of women, all showing up for themselves — and a coach who genuinely meets you where you are.
