Three In-Person Small Group Classes

Book any 3 in-person classes at our Wilmington studio — Strength Training, Circuit Interval, or Weight Circuit with Rebounding & TRX. Classes are limited to 6 women so you get real attention, real coaching, and real results.

 

One Full Month of Live Online Workouts

Join Fonda live via Zoom from your own home — Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 7:00 am and Saturday at 9:00 am. Same energy, same coaching, same community. Just from your living room.

Whether you're working around an injury, returning after a long break, or just starting out — every class includes modifications so you're always moving safely and comfortably.

Meet Your Coach

Fonda Dickens, CPT has been helping women get stronger for over a decade. Her approach is simple: meet you exactly where you are, prioritize proper form, and help you become stronger than you thought possible.

She‘s also been named Wilmington's Best Personal Trainer in WECT's, "Best of the Cape Fear" contest for 2025.

Her classes aren't about grinding or keeping up. They're about building real, functional strength — the kind that helps you carry groceries without strain, keep your balance, and move through your daily life feeling capable and confident. And somewhere along the way, you'll probably have more fun than you expected.
