Every personal training session with Fonda starts with a simple question — what do you actually want to accomplish? Not a generic fitness goal — yours specifically.

From there, everything is customized — the exercises, the intensity, the modifications, the pace. If something isn’t working for your body, Fonda adjusts. If you’re ready to push harder, she’ll push you. If life got in the way and you’re starting over, she meets you exactly where you are. Again.

Each session includes:

One-on-one coaching with Fonda’s full attention on you

Form-first instruction so you get stronger without getting hurt

Modifications tailored to your body, your limitations, and your recovery

Goal setting specific to what you want to achieve

Monthly accountability check-ins to track your progress

Fonda takes on a limited number of personal training clients so she can give each one the attention they deserve. If you’re interested, the first step is a 30-minute assessment — no obligation, just a conversation.

Personal Training Pricing

Your first session is a 30-minute assessment so Fonda can learn about your goals, your history, and how she can best help you. There’s no obligation and no pressure — just an honest conversation about whether personal training with Fonda is the right fit.

30-Minutes: $55 per session

60-Minutes: $90 per session

Want to share personal training time with a friend? Fonda offers partner training too — just mention it in your application and she’ll work out the details with you.

Fonda takes on a limited number of personal training clients so she can give each one her full attention. Before getting started she loves to connect one-on-one to learn about your goals, your history, and how she can best help you.

 

That’s why every new personal training client begins with a short application — it takes about two minutes to fill out. Fonda reviews every one personally and follows up to schedule your 30-minute assessment. No pressure, no commitment — just an honest conversation about what’s possible.

 

From there you’ll both have everything you need to decide if it’s the right fit.
