Every class is different — that’s intentional. Fonda rotates through strength training, circuit intervals, TRX, rebounding, and core work so your body never plateaus and your brain never gets bored.

Classes run 45–60 minutes.

Two Ways to Take a F.I.T. Class

In Person — Wilmington Studio

Fonda’s studio is located in the PharmGate Building at 1800 Sir Tyler Drive in Wilmington, NC, just minutes from Mayfaire. It’s a warm, open, and welcoming space — not intimidating, not a place where anyone is going to make you feel out of place.

In-person classes are capped at 6 women. That’s not a marketing line — it’s a hard limit, because more than that and it stops feeling like F.I.T. and starts feeling like everywhere else.

Live Online — From Anywhere

Fonda’s online classes are live and interactive — not pre-recorded videos you watch alone. You’ll see Fonda, she’ll see you, and you’ll work out in real time alongside other women no matter where you are.

Same coaching. Same energy. Same modifications. Just no commute.

Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 am classes and Saturday 9:00 am classes are available both in person at the studio AND live online simultaneously — so you can choose week-by-week based on your schedule.

A little space to move and a water bottle. Here’s what Fonda recommends for equipment:

Dumbbells

(light: 1–5 lbs, medium: 8–12 lbs, heavier: 15–20 lbs)

Resistance bands

Ankle weights

Exercise mat

Pilates ball

Sliders

(paper plates on carpet work just as well — seriously)
