Fonda's in-person group training classes offer numerous benefits:

Personal Training touch at a group fitness price. Classes are $25 each or $199 for a package of 10 classes.  

Full-body interval training in 50 minutes

Compound movements focusing on upper and lower body and core strengthening, with a splash of cardio intervals in between sets

Varied workout 5 days a week featuring traditional bootcamps as well as a unique TRX / Rebounder combination to keep your body and mind in tip-top shape!

Fonda's online group training classes offer numerous benefits:

Your first two weeks of Zoom online workouts are FREE!

 

Personal Training touch at a group fitness price. Classes are $20 each or $79 for unlimited monthly sessions. With our unlimited monthly package, you also have exclusive access to our library of the nine most recent pre-recorded Zoom online workouts, so you never have to miss a session! 

Full-body workout in one hour including warm up, cool down, and stretching to avoid injury. The class format is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), with modifications for all fitness levels. In each workout, I encourage you to listen to your body and work at your own pace. HIIT alternates periods of cardio with weight training to give you the most effective full-body workout, and will burn calories all day long.

Workout anywhere!
 

Minimum equipment with maximum results. Here's a list of recommended items. Click on each to go to a suggested website:

* A good range of dumbbells is 1 to 5 lbs for light, 8 to 12 lbs for medium, and 15 to 20 lbs for heavier weight

** Sliders are round discs that allow your feet to slide for floor exercises. You may substitute potholders for hardwood floors or paper plates for carpet.

I totally trust what Fonda's expertise gives me in my personal journey to stay active and healthy. I was not sure if online group training classes would work, but they continue to keep me motivated and are easy to work into my busy schedule. Fonda makes it fun to exercise (if exercise can be fun) and the online classes are so much easier than I had anticipated. I am in much better shape, my weight stays consistent, my blood pressure is good and I feel better about myself. She rocks!

Fonda reached out to health club members and friends when the shelter in place recommendations occurred. Our health club was closed and Fonda out of the goodness of her heart and dedication to health and fitness contacted members to see it we would be interested in Zoom online workouts.
