A small-group class combining three powerful training tools — traditional weight training, TRX suspension training, and rebounding — for a full-body workout that challenges your strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness all at once. Every exercise can be modified for your fitness level, your limitations, or your recovery. Max 6 women per class so you get real coaching and real attention — not just a spot in the room.
