Service Description
A small-group circuit class built around timed compound movements with brief recovery between each set — combining strength and cardio for a full-body workout, finishing with a dedicated core strengthening sequence. Every exercise can be modified for your fitness level, your limitations, or your recovery. Max 6 women per class so you get real coaching and real attention — not just a spot in the room.
