Service Description

Before we get started, you'll need to fill out and submit the three F.I.T.ness forms on our ONLINE GROUP TRAINING page. F.I.T. (Fonda Interactive Training) online group training sessions offer numerous benefits: * Personal Training touch at a group fitness price * Full-body, light weight, high repetition workout in one hour including warm up, cool down, and stretching to avoid injury * Compound movements focusing on upper and lower body, core strengthening, with a splash of cardio intervals in between sets
