A live, interactive 60-minute full body online workout combining strength training, cardio intervals, and core work — including a proper warm-up, cool-down, and stretch. You'll see Fonda, she'll see you, and you'll work out in real time alongside other women no matter where you are. Same coaching, same energy, same modifications as our in-person classes. Just no commute.
