Service Description
A live 60-minute full-body workout combining strength training, cardio intervals, and core work — including a proper warm-up, cool-down, and stretch. Held at Fonda's studio in Wilmington, NC. Max 6 women per class so you get real coaching and real attention — not just a spot in the room. Every exercise can be modified for your fitness level, your limitations, or your recovery.
