Personal training with Fonda is a comprehensive, one-on-one experience tailored entirely to your goals, your body, and your schedule — with nearly 20 years of experience behind every session. Before booking, please complete the Personal Training Application. Fonda works with a limited number of personal training clients to ensure every session gets the attention it deserves. What to expect in your 60-minute session: A full hour of focused, intentional coaching — warm up, targeted strength and cardio work, core, and cool down. Every exercise is coached with proper form and modified specifically for your body, your limitations, and your goals. No generic programming, no guesswork — just a complete, personalized workout from a trainer who genuinely invests in your progress. The extra time allows Fonda to go deeper — more exercises, more coaching cues, more opportunity to address the specific movements and muscle groups that matter most to you. Many clients find the 60-minute session ideal for building a truly comprehensive fitness routine over time.
