A small-group circuit interval training class built around timed compound movements with brief recovery between each set — combining strength and cardio for a full-body workout in 45 minutes. Every exercise can be modified for your fitness level, your limitations, or your recovery. Max 6 women per class so you get real coaching and real attention — not just a spot in the room.
