In-Person Classes
Wilmington Studio · 1800 Sir Tyler Drive · Near Mayfaire
In-person classes are held at Fonda's studio in the PharmGate Building in Wilmington, NC. Every class is kept to a maximum of 6 women — small enough that you get real coaching, real modifications, and a trainer who actually knows your name.
Classes run 45–60 minutes and combine strength training and cardio for a full-body workout. No experience necessary. Every exercise can be modified for your level, your limitations, or your recovery.

Small Group Strength Training
An old-school drop set approach to maximize strength, power, and muscle growth. Benefits also include improved bone density, muscle toning, endurance and overall health.
TUESDAY
7:00–8:00 am
F.I.T. Full Body*
Compound movements focusing on upper and lower body, core strengthening, with a splash of cardio intervals in between sets
8:40–9:25 am
Small Group Circuit + Core
A series of compound movement exercises that are timed with brief recovery between each. Expect timed compound movement exercises, and finish with a focus on core strengthening exercises.
WEDNESDAY
8:40–9:25 am
Small Group Circuit Training
A series of compound movement exercises that are timed with brief recovery between each. Benefits are improved balance, strength, toning, and cardiovascular health.
9:40–10:25 am
Small Group Strength Training
An old-school drop set approach to maximize strength, power, and muscle growth. Benefits also include improved bone density, muscle toning, endurance and overall health.

A small group class that focuses on weight training, TRX, and rebounding
