Service Description
Before we get started, you'll need to fill out and submit the three F.I.T.ness forms on our GROUP TRAINING page. F.I.T. (Fonda Interactive Training) in-person group training sessions offer numerous benefits: * Personal Training touch at a group fitness price * Full-body, light weight, high repetition workout in one hour including warm up, cool down, and stretching to avoid injury * Compound movements focusing on upper and lower body, core strengthening, with a splash of cardio intervals in between sets *Suitable for beginners who are either new to working out, or trying to restart a fitness routine
