Before we get started, let's make sure we're a good F.I.T.! Please make sure you have submitted the application for training, found on my ONLINE TRAINING | PERSONAL TRAINING page, and I'll get back in touch with you as soon as possible. Fonda's online personal training sessions offer numerous benefits: * One-on-one instruction for you and your body, in the privacy of your own home and at a time that's most convenient for you
 * Coaching on proper form, including customized modifications 
 * Goal setting specific to your needs, and monthly accountability check-ins
 * 30- and 60-minute session options, with your first assessment free
